Very large & comfortable room .

There were no towels at the pool and when we requested towels from front desk we were told they’d bring them to us at the pool . We never received them and none were ever brought to pool area during our entire stay . In Sunday we wanted to eat breakfast before getting on the road and even though it was well past 7 o’clock there was a sign saying breakfast area was closed we were told it wasn’t ready yet . We left without getting breakfast. 😔

It was very nice, modern, and very clean. I love the complimentary breakfast as well.

I didn’t like that the guy at the front desk tried to charge me more than what the app said I had to pay.

The staff was nice.

The upkeep .. dirty drink water that we watched the fruit be in for days! Looked so bad!! No toilet paper in the main bathroom in the lobby. Gym needed some help as well. Our room looked like it band bandaids .. not fixed properly in other words. Dents all over the walls, dirty!, like needed painted .. they tried putting in this random desk to have one usb to use and it didn’t even work! The entire room had issues .. very ran down .. it’s like a few nice things mixed up with old building.. very ran down. The lobby was nice. We stayed 3 nights!! We wanted out night one and we’re upset it cost us about $175 a night. But then we read you have to give 24-48 hr notice to cancel to get your money back. We had jsut left the Westin at Jekyll island .. yes a nicer Marriott property but I’ve stayed in many spring hills as well. I was happy to get this .. I have more photos .. the lobby and breakfast, staff were good .. but the room and gym not so much. We could have stayed at other properties with the same rate. We chose Marriott (as always) because it’s usually the best choice. I hope someone reaches out to help fix what happened. Thanks.

it was good but you need to server more bacon and have it on the weekend also (most people like bacon then turkey sauage (but everything else was good

Valarie was Great, great personality, very helpful with tips on places to go, and any assistance needed. Also the person in the kitchen was Great, very nice, pleasant and helpful also.

The tub was stained so bad I had to buy a bath mat to be able to tolerate taking a bath in it, our room was only cleaned once. And there was a roach in it, and we did not bring any roaches.

Breakfast only

The room had this offensive smell of wet towels or linen. It had a mold smell. The couch in the room was very dirty. There were rusts around the lamp on the bedside table. The bathroom door hinges all rusts out. The humidity in the room was so high that it made the linen on the bed feel damp. The bed was supposed to be a King bed but was actually sitting on a smaller frame. I was unsatisfied with my stay. The room I stayed in needs lot of TLC.

The sofa smells like cigarettes and the room wasn’t properly cleaned..”musty”..oh and the air filter wasn’t clean so the room wasn’t getting cool, yes I checked the filters..I stayed in 306..have management check..
