very business professional type hotel and neat place

1,no any rest area (just 4-5small sofa in lobby )all people lined up long line (stand in)before check in . the lobby is so cowered and messy up ,they closed the coffee/bar area ,I was been this hotel many times 5/6years ago its totally different than now ;even when checked if stay in hotel no where to go ,nothing to do .the swimming pool is so small(indoor ,very strong bleach smelling and looks very cheap ,same as gym ) hard to find it should ask front desk or employee. I stayed my bed whole afternoon to spend time .so boring 2 your check in policy is :4pm ,but when I arrived there just 1lady in front desk ,she is super busy so much customers waiting for her at your heavy business time ,are u kidding me ?u know that time all people will come to checkin why just 1 employee on duty ?the next day morning same thing happened again ,we rush in time and only 1prople..waste time to line up ..listen ..if u rush in time u’d better budget extra 20-30mins beside anyway . …I don’t believe this is A 3/4star hotel (Marriott reception level ) I don’t like your brand anymore

I could here people talking thur the door/wall for that cost I thought it was going to be quite.

Front desk double charged me. I booked through Booking.com and paid through Booking. Upon arrival, the front desk person told me the room I had reserved was not available. She moved me to an open room, and THEN CHARGED ME AGAIN for the room. That front desk attendant was either lying or incompetent.

The hotel was in the best spot in Fremont. We were able to get back to all the satellite cities very easily. The rooms are super clean, the front desk resources are very helpful and they accommodated our request for late checkout. We very much appreciate it and this is the reason why we choose Marriott. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
