Room was exactly as pictured, clean, and mostly quiet at night. There was a large fan that kept us cool. Parking was always available and motel is right down the street from a safeway. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Great value considering the location and quality of the stay.
It had the issues you expect from a motel - older facilities, low quality linens, etc. But at the price these things are to be expected.

Location, Location, Location
It had a bit of a chemical smell when I first arrived, but I always bring air freshener and once I opened the window it was fine.

The location is convenient to shopping, hiking, and all that Marin has to offer. Paradise Drive is a block away and it is a lovely walk around Richardsons Bay. The room has two large beds and there are enough electrical outlets to charge your devices as needed.
No coffee maker in the room adds a layer of inconvenience in the morning. The freeway noise can be a bit much at night. The beds are terribly uncomfortable.
