Rodeway Inn & Suites Blanding

I came here a bit reluctant, based on some reviews that I had read before. Well... This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations. So much, that we actually decided to stay another night there (as some of the areas we were interested in were in the near proximity). Staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY (Thank you, Kristy - I told you I can't wait to write a nice review :)). Facilities were exactly what we needed. You even have laundry room in such a small hotel, yes! Room is spacious and well maintained, with all comfort. We had a sofa and a nice table. What can you want more, for this price? Indeed, the breakfast is not very diverse; but is something. And Something is always more than Nothing. And if you want more, there are shops around the hotel (walking distance) where you can buy stuff at very good prices. Honestly speaking: at the low price they charge for a room, you would expect a very diverse breakfast? Let's be reasonable, folks! Be decent! Overall: I CAN NOT PRAISE ENOUGH THIS HOTEL and ITS STAFF! Thank you for surprising us so pleasantly! THANK YOU!

The only thing I did not like were the reviews of some travelers, who expressed unrealistic dissapointments about what they received for the money they paid. As I said: be reasonable and realistic.

Location

One room had a bed that was hard as a rock and the shower never got hot. Plus no breakfast available due to their supplies didn’t come in.

Preis/Leistung war ok. Sie Beurteilung bezieht sich auf das Zimmer. Typisches amerikanisches Hotelzimmer, alles sehr sauber. Das Hotel selbst müsste noch renoviert werden. Für eine Nacht ok! Super freundliches Personal!!!
