Jordan and Bree from the Oxford Alabama location were the best. Jordan remembered us from last week. Bree fixed the best grilled cheese and breakfast burrito. The bed was wonderful, I slept like a baby, better than I do in my own bed.

No soap in my room, we had to ask for soap.

The hotel was extremely clean and well organized.

The property was extremely clean and very nice however, the staff makes African-Americans feel completely uncomfortable. The lady working the front desk on 4/23/2021 around 7:30pm or 8:00pm completely stared at us as we walked in without uttering a word. Not even to say hello or simply welcome!! A facility that’s as nice as that one, having a polite staff is very important to go along with it as the staff is the face of the building. My Husband and kid was extremely bothered to even walk back pass the check in door. As that’s how uncomfortable she made us feel. Looking customers up and down without speaking is a huge sign of being disrespectful nor having the ability to stand front line in such a beautiful hotel. We didn’t get any sleep as that’s how disturb we were by the Front office lady. My family and I was traveling over four hours away and was completely tired just to walk into a facility that didn’t seem to welcome us.
