The Limelight is in an excellent location in downtown Aspen. You can easily walk to restaurants, galleries, nature and hiking. The hotel is modern, warm and well designed. There is artwork everywhere and a sense of fun in the interior design. The room we stayed in was large and included ample storage and closet space, kitchenette with frig and dishes/glasses etc. The bathroom had double sinks, large shower/tub combo. Amenities were also ample: daily water bottles, daily cleaning, every bathroom item you needed, plenty of towels/washcloths. The room was well designed with soft neutral colors spliced with right red accessories, like the pillow. A small sofa with a table to work on was a plus. There were some many outlets that we didn't have trouble finding enough for 2 laptops, 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, 2 Airpods and a sound machine. The lobby is large and inviting and breakfast was a large spread with several stations from eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, bagels with lox, pancakes, fruit, yogurt parfaits, lattes, coffee, tea, espresso, hashbrown and so on. One of best breakfasts I've had a hotel.

I know the hotel is trying to be discreet but the entry and front lobby were difficult to find. The sign outside is not apparent so we circled the block twice and had to get out to find it.

There needs to be a cover installed on the rooftop drain pipe that is directly over the outside patio couch on our 4th floor sun deck. Birds kept building a nest inside the pipe and made a mess each day on the couch. A metal screen over the pipe will allow water to drain and stop the birds from flying overhead and nesting.

This hotel is in a great location, with clean, good-sized rooms, and super-friendly staff. They serve food in a nice common area and had live music on several evenings while we were there. The breakfast was also good with many options and a nice seating area, including outdoor and indoor.

Our one small complaint was that the bed was firmer than we prefer. Otherwise this is a great hotel with no complaints!

Great location. The staff was excellent and helpful. Really a great place to stay. I didn’t try the food, but the margarita was excellent. Two hot tubs made it nice to relax. Walkable to many things. Room was quiet and easy to sleep.

The only thing that was semi annoying was the hot tub takeover of children every day, but it was very limited in the time so it wasn’t too bad. Drinks were served at the pool, but no one to routinely check to take your order; however, we were in the shoulder season. If tou called or went to the bar, they would bring them out to you.

housekeeping left stuff around like garbage wasn’t all gone, old water in ice bucket, didn’t clean surfaces well-the faucet in the bathroom has no hot water and is broken to stop, the materials in the room for storage and little kitchenette are MEH. Not impressive or well done; silly actually- 3 spoons, little cups. just not impressive.

Staff was really nice, rooms are spacious, and they offer van transport to/from Snowmass.
