Everyone was so nice and everything we asked for they got us and seemed happy to accommodate. Especially the front desk ladies!

Maybe improve the breakfast. Maybe add donuts or more pastries.

we had booked a king suite but we’re given a queen suite and told there was nothing they could do because they were overbooked. very disappointed

The handicapped room we had was such a weird layout. You couldn't see the TV if you say on the couch, so we had to sit on the bed to watch TV.

i didn’t like how the front desk guys were very inviting to make us feel welcome, and breakfast was included in my stay but we went to go get breakfast at 10:15am and the breakfast lady start breaking everything down as we started getting our food and missed out on the options we had. she didn’t care that we were trying to eat and breakfast was still available. she didn’t stop or say sorry which was very not appreciated. Also i requested to have a room on the highest floor possible and the boys at the front desk didn’t make any type of accommodation for it or anything. this was very disappointing to drive two hours away and come to this. i expect more out of a $200$+ night in a “newer” hotel.

3 night stay. Had to remind front desk to clean room after 1st night. 2nd night no cleaning. Was told we requested no cleaning which would never happen.

Location and price.

The continental breakfast had enough choices every day for all dietary needs. The location was unbeatable for a concert at Rupp Arena. With good weather, it was an easy 20 minute walk to and from the venue.

The hair dryer in the room was broken when I went to use it, but the staff brought a new one quickly. The room never got cleaned as they tried to clean at like 4:00 p.m. and we were in the room getting ready to head out.

The location was perfect for our trip.

The pool was small and no hot tub/jacuzzi.

The Manger was super sweet, and she recommended a very yummy restaurant!
