Nice property. I love the breakfast. It’s one of the first that had fresh fruit, and plain Greek yogurt. The breakfast staff was exceptionally helpful and clearly her pride and what they did.
When we checked in, no one was at the front desk and we had to wait for the person to come out, even though we could see them doing something on their cell phone. When we left for dinner, they were in the office again on their cell phone and when we returned, they were still in the back on their cell phone. Very unprofessional!

Great selection at breakfast. Each person in my family found foods to make them happy. I loved that they had beautiful and fresh strawberries and blueberries. That is rare for a hotel breakfast.
They ran out of spoons, but it was fine.

Kids loved the breakfast.
Pool had way too much chlorine. Burned my eyes just sitting in the room while kids swam

Overall good. Good different gym equipments available, and variety of food at breakfast. Good rooms too.
They dont have room service unless you ask and pay for it. And the only moment you were notified about it was in the counter by a sign they expected you to read. They only change the towels but they dont even do the bed/ change sheets or clean the rest of the room while you are staying. Elliptical’s in the gym are from the dinosaur era, they make an awful noise when people use them.
