Location is convenient and easily accessible. My room was cozy, stylish and very clean. The bed was *incredibly* comfy! The shower was great in the AM with lots of warm water. Overall, a very restful night!

Building is comfortable but the exterior is dated and unexciting. Did not eat breakfast onsite. It would have been welcoming and convenient to have a staff member at the bar in the evening. The friendly and courteous frontdesk staffer handled my order but she was no bartender. I was a bit concerned when the nextdoor neighbors started to party in the evening -- the sound travels straight through the walls. Fortunately, they calmed down by bedtime and I only heard them again in the morning. And I always wish for a pool and/or sauna/whirlpool - but, alas, not at this location.

The staff! Can't say enough about the staff. Morning, day night. Especially Tish, the overnight. She's so happy, and a delight to greet you.

The staff was helpful and it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms where clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

I didn't like that the bar area is not really a bar area and it closed early on a Friday night. Also the water pressure could have been better.

Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee

the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. there was mold in the shower on the soap dispensers. housekeeping banged on my door at 0830, after I’d finally managed to get comfortable and fall asleep. I addressed this with front desk lady as I was checking out, she said I should’ve put the Do not disturb sign on the door!!

The sheet upon arrival was not changed !!! Leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower head was not giving a lot of water .. not good

Staff was great and accommodating. Very friendly.

I wish the hours of the on-site Starbucks we’re open longer.

Always a great stay. Great value. Joy stuck out to us the most. very helpful and friendly.
