Breakfast was good.

Room had a mildewy smell and stains all over sofa. Hot tub was closed and pool was small.

Really nice room, very quiet, I was very pleased that you had a healthy breakfast option that I love: oatmeal with lots of nuts & cranberries. I appreciated the 24-hr coffee/tea availability. The young woman managing the dining area on 6/16-6/19 was exceptionally friendly & attentive to her duties...please thank her again for me.

I have zero complaints or suggestions...it was everything I wanted/needed. Thank you

Breakfast closed prior to listed time and was awful for health concess people. It has awaways been exceptional for choice in the past but was a real disappointment this time. There has always been a choice that works in the past for conscious people. Very disappointment in the breakfast and the check in clerk.

irresponsable forget to book my room even tho I called ahead I called nd asked about room before booking to ensure our room im upset that I had to find a hotel after already booking one

mechanical noise transfer through building was heard though out the night.

I was charged twice, they told me when I got there that my booking confirmation could not be found & charged me again plus didn't give me a receipt or have me sign anything.

The breakfast was great, my daughter loved the pool. We had a problem with the room and was given a room with one bed and no pull out bed, like I booked but PJ helped us with no fuss and got us a room with two beds like we needed. She was really friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcomed.

The only thing I didn't like was the garbage on the second floor when you come out of the elevator had a really bad fish smell coming from it, and the house cleaning walked past with the smell coming down the hall and didn't even change the garbage. We let the girl at the front desk know and she fixed it right away so that was good.

Great location close to the main roads was quiet though and parking lot has a nice open spot for trailers

It was kept clean, and the location was good.

The b’fast was “meh” 😏 so never used it, went out instead. Tried to use the pool but the million children didn’t make that possible, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The bed was my major issue…..extremely uncomfortable. Can’t put my finger on it but I think the mattress was the culprit. I’m used to a high end mattress/pillow combo at home and have been very happy with some hotels “Hotel Collection” series including your parent companies more expensive properties, but this one was sub par. Did not get a single night of rest. Housekeeping was another issue. I wasn’t aware that at the price I was paying that I’d have to request service….thought that was very cheesy to say the least…left the maid a nice tip, and the cleaning was skeptical at best, I’m sure the sheets hadn’t been changed at all.

For the price and the name I expected my room serviced. We had to request this. Clean towels needed to be requested so I did. They put them in our room. Didn’t take out trash or spoiled towels just delivered our towels. Staff was not friendly except for the breakfast staff she was very kind.

On the second night the wheels and seat were stolen from my bicycle which was locked onto my car and parked almost directly in front of the reception desk.
