The clean and nicely decorated lobby was very welcoming .The room was also great with all furnishings coordinated. Nice to have mini fridge and microwave. Having breakfast included was wonderful. Will stay there again .
Nothing, all great !

Clean room, breakfast of champions.
I was told that the spa didn't work out of order.

Everything....staff, location, clean.... And that we didn't have to go all the way downstairs for ice. There was a ice machine on both the 1st and 3rd floors.
More pillows would have been nice.

The staff is fabulous! I would have given less points if it was not for them. They deserve the gold star!
Old, needs repairs, commode has a crack, the bathroom vanity is cracked, the faucet to turn on the shower is loose and very hard to use. (Had to ask a staff member for help, very accommodating). Mattress was old a bit broken down. Not worth $300 a night! It will not allow the video of the broken shower handle!
