Breakfast was good, staff was always ready to replenish items.

Unfortunately quietness isn't something you're going to get. Very few rooms are away from doors or entryways, my room was right in front of entrance so every time the front doors were open during the night I could hear it. Next time will be requesting a quieter room.

Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and ready,check in was smooth.

Everything was good apart from the shower curtain that's was staying on the rod it kept sliding and water was splashing outside the tub. The drain in the tub was slowly draining that the tub was filling up quickly.

We have stayed here twice with our 2 small dogs. We get a King Suite and the space and layout are perfect! We can hang out on the couch in one area and then sleep in the other section. The bed is so comfy and the best feature! There is great space and grass for dog walking

Nothing, this is one of the best places I have stayed! Only feedback but not about the hotel is the fact the location has construction nearby that makes getting there tricky

the cleanliness and the hottub

they couldn’t try and get me an early check I needed to set the room for my boyfriend’s birthday before going to work so I could surprise him but the lady i spoke to Courtney showed no interest whatsoever she just told straight up that there will be no early check in until 3pm she did not even try to make means to get me the room ready atleast maybe at 1pm i was so disappointed because I had to make my boyfriend sit in the car while i set up h to r room which was really not part of the plan

The rooms are extremely small compared to other hotels in the same price range

Breakfast was excellent each day we stayed.

Had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be cleaned. Staff didn’t show an concern and it seemed to be normal and waiting for room happens often. 2 rooms left and concerned that if we didn’t get there they would of sold off our room. Sad we had to wait, still waiting on call back and hopefully get some sort of compensation. Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.

Manager was rude and unprofessional. Very uncompassionate and judgemental . Some of the staff was awesome and helpful

the room was clean & cold & the bed was very comfy

our room smelled like smoke even thought it was non-smoking. the bathroom floor was sticky & there is no elevator. the outside surrounding area is a little sketchy
