Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio - Downtown Market Area by IHG

Separate bedroom

Sliding door to bedroom didn’t close properly. Had to ask for bedding for the pullout bed.

The location was 1.8 miles from the MCR concert! Close to everything!

The breakfast options. The primary beds were comfortable. Access was easy.

The cleaning was lacking. There was stains on the sofa couch, crumbs of old food on the bed portion of the sofa couch, there were spill marks on the side table showing they clearly were not sprayed and wiped down, there was stains on the sink area from like red lip stick or make up, there was a tag on the floor showing the vacuum wasn’t ran prior to arrival. Made me really nervous that the beds weren’t clean and that there may be critters but after inspecting the beds they seemed to be safe of critters from an only minimal checking. Only got one pic as I was showing to my daughter. I didn’t bother taking pics of the rest.
