Nice Staff, from valet parking to the front desk. Good Location in West Hollywood. Big bathroom that was a plus.

The carpeted floor was a bit worn out and didn't look clean, carpets are no longer up to date…

Have to ask for maid service.

Everything about this property was perfect! The old Hollywood decor, it always smelt good, beds were super comfy, suites were large, showers were great, pool was wonderful and the staff were lovely.

Tucked away and relatively quiet

There were school parties there which meant kids running around very loudly in reception. One of the lifts was out of order, which wasn't great, it meant waiting a long time to get on the one remaining lift as people with cases were coming up from the car park. The floors have stepped areas which meant lugging suitcases up and down steps to get to your room. (Not all the rooms are on a single level) never seen this before in a hotel. Be careful and review your bill carefully. I was charged for overnight parking. I had no car and had not used the car park. I am still trying to get room service charges removed from my bill as I ate meals in the restaurant. Can't seem to get the hotel to adjust the final bill. It's not a lot of money but it's the principle of being charged incorrectly for something I did not use. I wouldn't stay here again because of the Incorrect charges. Not good.
