The attentive staff. Excellent location. Super pool and the good breakfast.
We would say that the room was a little on the tight side when we had a case each but that wouldn't stop us from booking again

It is in the heart of "old town" and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was beautifully appointed and the entire complex was lush and very welcoming. The breakfast was far more than the expected fare of a "breakfast included" place. Wonderful variety and of top quality. The owners - host - were very actively involved in customer care and satisfaction. The staff was friendly, informative, humorous, and went out of their way to make sure the guest was having a good time. This included giving insider tips about what was a rip-off and what was a good deal in the area.
Absolutely nothing negative to say! We would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to all who appreciate the finer touches. They have created a true paradise throughout the entire complex and have a genuine desire to please and surpass expectations!

Room size was a bit small but still manageable for two for four nights. Location was absolutely amazing! Right on Duvall and couldn't get any better. Continental breakfast is helpful in the morning when you want something small and right by the pool. Pool area beautiful & amazing. Would definitely stay again any and every Key West trip!
The ONLY downside was parking situation because it was mostly street parking, however, they were very accommodating with my request for parking and had multiple reserved spots in a church lot less than a 2 minute walk from hotel.

Room was nice but a bit difficult to keep cool with window ac unit and fans. Breakfast was ok; continental type.
We had the unfortunate luck of staying on a night when the exterminators were "bombing" and had tents set up outside overcovering a lot of the area and access gates. I know this was probably unusual, but it sucked for us. The staff did have breakfast brought to us, instead. Free Parking was very limited, but was "tightly" available.
