The room was very large and I loved that the floors weren’t carpet. I’ve been to other hotels that are pet friendly that have carpeting and no matter how clean the room is they still retain pet odors.

The parking lot is very cramped, and I wish there was a designated pet area. Not a lot of grass for animals to do their business. Not a deal breaker but a slight inconvenience

Very clean and inviting atmosphere. The front desk was so friendly and helpful with directions to where our room was. The beds and pillows were amazing. By far the most comfortable bed I have laid in at a hotel.

Parking can be a bit tricky

Went for my birthday. We are local we booked thru 3rd party site. The price wasn't that bad. Except I wake up the next morning and decide to extend one more night this was at 7am. At 1130am my hotel room is being banged on like the police are outside. Well I open the door no one there so I looked down the sidewalk saw the housekeeping man walking so I yelled and ask if he had just knocked on the door. He was like ya so when do you plan on checking out? Excuse you what do you mean ? We went this morning and extended our stay. So he walks off. 5 minutes later the room phone rings. Its the front desk. Ma'am the housekeeper said you extended your stay? Yes sir I did this morning with """'" he was like oh well he didn't save your information. Okay so I am assuming I have to come back down there? Um yes. I get down there and they start "scanning" my credit card. One charge for $285 One charge for $324 One charge for $649 So I show the front desk guy who was also the front desk manager the text messages where my cards were being charged. He was like it only shows the $285 charge on my side. I was like clearly dude you can see it says "Wayback" and then all those amounts. (Which remind you those weren't even the correct amounts that were suppose to be charged for the room rate" the 285 was only suppose to be 225. Anyways so he goes and gets his "agent" is what he called him. The agent can't figure out what's going on either. Now mind you this was November 24th thru the 26th. It is now December 15th and all 3 charges are still PENDING!!!

Staff wasn’t very friendly the pull out bed from the couch was so smooshed it was like laying straight on the springs.
