Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great continental breakfast!

Staff, especially the maids, were great! very clean and close to everything in the Valley.

cost seems high. I paid less going to the Disney hotel for a week and when I stayed in Seattle. Breakfast could use some help. often cold and more fruit selection

Agents at front desk were so friendly and helpful to me and my elderly parents. Hotel is very clean

Does need some updates such as plumbing. Toilet was running and shower head wasn't letting out much water. Shower grout is pretty worn and gross looking

They had nice breakfast. And I was worried my dog might get keep barking in the room, but they said they will take care of, and will phone me. But my dod did really nice. Nice receptionist and workers

The key card had a few tics. I noticed other guests had issues also. You have to be fast with the timing. To open most doors. Our tub had a clog. But the front desk noted when I let her know.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. there were not enough table and chairs for the guests, people had to bring their food back to their rooms. Lack of food variety, just the basics. paper plates and utensils seems absurd for the price we paid. stayed at a cheaper hotel near the airport on friday and had an amazing breakfast there.
