It's an attractive, large property with well-maintained grounds and a few restaurants within walking distance. The room was small but comfortable.

There are slim pickings for hotels in Claremont and the price reflects that. The room was a tad cramped but worked fine for a night. In this day and age, we were surprised that there was an extra charge for wifi as it was free everywhere else we stayed. Additionally, less expensive properties included a buffet breakfast, but this one didn't.

This is my second time staying here, would definitely recommend to anyone going to the Claremont/Montclair/Pomona area looking for lodging. It is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Can’t beat the welcome cookies!

Location is ideal for families with children in the Claremont colleges.

Free wifi is limited to Hilton Honors members and also limited in terms of devices; housekeeping is done only every other day. Staff forgot to replace towels one day. On another day, they replaced the empty body gel container with a new bottle upon our request but we couldn’t open it. Staff is friendly and helpful but service is not as efficient as we had hoped.

The gym has brand new equipment including 2 Peloton bikes.

Rooms need a refresh. Furnishings are old and tired looking.
