I liked we were close to walking to the ferries and downtown and the staff was very friendly
Our room didn’t have a dead bolt I was a little hesitant on that and needed more outlet plugs

Room was OK. There was not a breakfast. Heater was noisy. Step up to curb was high and my husband fell on it.
A room with close up parking and no gravel to cross.

Location and view are what makes it worth it. Could use some updates and better detailed cleaning.
Breakfast is falsely advertised. A cup of coffee and oat bar are not a breakfast. They do offer coupons to restaurants but this advertisement is misleading especially for a travelor who requires oxygen and would have preferred not to travel more for a meal to start the day.

There was no breakfast only snack bars. Had breakfast down the street and it was okay.
I know most motels do not clean rooms daily any more. It would have been nice if they would have come in at least to clean the floor.

"We were late getting there on May 28th the wonderful amazing front desk woman was still there let us in. (They do close office by 11pm.)
