Very good bed.

Limited amenities. Clean and comfortable but overpriced. No luggage carts. No access to front desk and lobby early morning.

Location and the modern updates that they have made. Access to coffee and water all day was a nice feature.

The continental breakfast was lacking. Waffles, bagels and some pretty stale cereal and not appealing in nature. Have seen better in other hotels.

Great location. Right on the mall and immediately next to the bus stop that takes you to the transfer to get to Aspen, all free. The staff could not have been better. From the moment I checked in to even after I checked out. Dave greeted me kindly and offered lots of information about getting to my room and other things in the area. After we left, I realized I left my wallet and they double checked the room for me. I would definitely stay here again and plan to. The pool and hot tub were really clean too! Breakfast was simple but a nice to have before a long day out exploring. Our room was spacious and clean.

Friendly staff

Had to navigate a lot of stairs/passageways to get to our car/ the laundry/reception etc. Room was hot and a bit musty. It was also very noisy.
