Microtel Inn and Suites North Canton

Generally well maintained.

The room was fantastic! It was very clean and spacious. The addition of the desk, sofa and the extra bed by the window would be great for families! I really liked it.

The lobby area and the elevator both felt a little sketchy. I was very concerned about what my room would look like just because of the lobby and elevator.

Clean, comfortable bed

Probably not fair for me to comment , I am a chef for over 40 years with hotel and restaurant experience. Catering and culinary education. it was easily accessible and on time.

As mentioned coming from a chef. the juice machine was not calibrated properly, almost syrup coming out sometimes. I don't remember seeing any protein such as breakfast meats. the coffee was undrinkable. horrible. Sadly I was on a budget so the hotel was inline compared to surrounding properties. next time for $30 dollars more I will book with the nicer hotels. My overall experience with Micro is they are typically outdated hotels trying to keep up with new properties.
