all the staff are friendly staff , very professional & clean hotel rooms inside & out

Requested 1st floor to accommodate sister's limitations. Staff filled my request. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Far exceeded most facility offerings! Although the rooms adjacent to ours were occupied we never heard any noise.

Caren at the front desk was an absolute joy she was so friendly and welcoming!

Karen at the check in desk was the best, kind, helpful and friendly. breakfast was busy but nice selection free parking!

Air con was noisy.

A dirty bath tub that also need caulking replaced. Hallway carpets were really dirty.

Front desk was super friendly and provided a goodie bag for my dog at check-in. Room was updated with trendy decorations. Convenient to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry.

SUPER pricey - not quite sure why. Located on a very dark road - drove past it twice!

Clean room, great bed!

I decided to stay at this hotel solely for the pool. I checked out a day early.

I called the hotel directly because after booking the room, found out our son was coming in from Atlanta. I spoke with Emmanuel at the front desk. He was so very kind, accommodating, and very understanding of my situation. and resolved my issue in a couple of minutes. I appreciated his kindness and help very much. When Checking out, Karen was also very helpful and accommodating. Great staff at the hotel!! Breakfast also was great.-
