In your web site you stated that there was a pool. There NO pool! The Grandchildren was very 😞😞😞☹️☹️ So when we return each evening they was bored

The beds were clean, and you had hot water. Location was close to everything, made it easy to get around. Front desk staff was very pleasant.

Room had trash in it. Pull out bed not comfortable. Ceiling fan squeaked non stop . Room out dated. Toilet paper holder was broken. Plug covers were slightly burned. Carpet molding was peeling off the walls. Refrigerator old, kept food slightly cold. Microwave so out dated. Fitness center closed. Business center... what Business center. Breakfast was the same every day and if they ran out before breakfast service ended they didn't refill. They ran out of bath towels...how does that happen? Only staff I saw was front desk and they were every pleasant.

The room was hot and smell like cigarette smoke!! Very little hot water and bath room was not clean. I had a headache every morning. We stayed 2 nights but couldn't stay there any longer so we left and tried to get a refund from the hotel for the 3rd night but was told I had to contact Booking.com. Can you help get me the refund? ( the back door of the hotel was alway open very dangerous) Way over priced for the hotel!!

The customer service was awful. When you try to get them on the phone, if they don’t like what you’re asking they hang up on you and won’t answer you when you call back. Completely unprofessional.

We like this hotel it's a hidden gem in Savannah it's close to our friends and family without being near the tourist and it reasonable
