Hotel is just far enough from home for a little get away

The room we had before the jacuzzi was in the room not the bathroom like this one. Not as much room in the jacuzzi as the other one. Breakfast was ok. While packing up, opened the closet to make sure we didn’t leave anything and there was a sexual toy on the shelf as the room was not properly cleaned last time

The location is nice. It was clean.

The receptionist acted like she had an attitude. It was the older African woman. I'm African American myself, so I don't want there be any misconceptions. She was rude, so I was rude back. I've stayed at this hotel, maybe 8 other times, and I've never encountered this woman before.

The staff was VERY nice and on it.

There was nothing not to like. Hot tube, pool, good staff. 10 out of 10

Me and the family really enjoyed the friendly welcome, overall met everyone’s needs.

The property definitely has some minor flaws, such as the pool being cold, elevator malfunctions, and some paint splatter in room.

The front desk staff Jessie one of the meanest unpleasant women I’ve met in Michigan. Totally cannot stand Veterans and I’ll make it known to all my veteran buddies

The owners were zero help with getting me set up in the right room. Then I was unable to set my my Playstation because the TV was freaking out when I tried. They wouldn't switch me rooms because of this. I was in my room for 10 mins before just leaving and going back home. This was the worst experience I ever had

Everything the staff was very unhelpful. I won't ever be back

room was very clean for a so called “2 Star”

staff doesn’t care about the travelers smoking although there is a big non smoking sign when you check in but this hotel is located by about 5 dispensaries so there’s that lol
