The location was awesome as it was close to walk to the ferry and the main attractions. We loved the extra effort and delicious breakfast that he prepared! He was very accommodating and we loved the soft towels and soft robes as it was enjoyable and appreciated.

Our room had a full kitchen with a dining table. Was not expecting the spacious accommodation. We reserved the queen plus sofa on the third floor.
Breakfast could have had more options; such as, pastries, bagels, donuts.

I only stayed for one night but had a wonderful experience. The house is quintessential New England charm, the staff was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Its location couldn't be better, right outside of town and also walking distance to Steps Beach. I was able to borrow a beach chair, towels and even a cooler - I really appreciated the additional thought that went into amenities available to guests.
