Nicer than you think

Location

Location was not very good. It was hard to get into the parking lot.

Staff was not very nice

The fact that so many people were loitering making it really uncomfortable for my family, offering drugs and leaving trash on stairs and infront of rooms. Also the bathroom kept having difficulty due to poor maintenance, we had to switch rooms atleast twice. Moving our belongings on top of carrying a child along was a workout.

They provide breakfast

Front desk clerk attitude was completely out of line. Higher management aloud the clerk to speak with my Wife in such a Rude way. We called an emailed Booking.com an notified them of the situation

The location was semi clean we had to clean our own room they were out of towels a few time and sheets
