Breakfast

Had no room service. Hotel said I need to request that. But this was after the fact. Room furnishings poor condition. Desk wobbled around Chair for desk broken leaning to one side. Fridge big Dent.

Staff is very friendly. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of good food available.

The door to my room stuck, which caused a very loud noise anytime I opened & closed the door.

Over all everything was nice. Was not happy with the view that we paid extra to have!

We paid extra money to have a waterfront view and our main view was the parking lot after looking over the shrubbery in front of window then beyond was the ocean. That was very disappointing! We were told that they only had first floor rooms and so it was misleading to pay the extra money when to actually appreciate the view you had to walk outside to do it!

Room had a great view of the sound. It was very quiet. All was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We did not like the scrambled powdered eggs served at breakfast. There was a good variety of other things to pick at breakfast. There is a great view as you eat.

Room faced to parking lot with only sheer curtains over windows. The lights kept us up all night.

Coffee maker was broken so no coffee available at breakfast. Huge bummer for us coffee lovers. Had to go elsewhere and purchase. Ugh. Also, facilities seemed worn and neglected.

The staff was wonderful, everyone was polite pleasant and very helpful. i didn't feel like a bother at all to ask for anything I needed and received help very quickly.

this building, while clean was obviously in disrepair. broken tiles, old towels, old beds. the room i paid for was a decent size, but the pull out couch was missing a mattress, which we were intending to use. no pull out mattresses were available, so we were essentially downgraded to a different room with MUCH less space. I even said I'd be willing to pay more for a room closer what I originally requested. the bed was abysmal. seriously, upgrade your beds, they are trash. i honestly can't imagine who is comfortable sleeping on those old beds. my only other complaint is the "complimentary breakfast" is so bad I couldn't eat any of the food. it didn't look good, it didn't smell good and it was obviously the cheapest frozen garbage you can find.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR FINDING THE HOTEL. IT NEEDS A BIGGER SIGN OR MORE LIGHTING FOR THE ENTRANCE. OTHERWISE, YOU CAN ONLY SEE THE TACO BELL

my room was ocean view with private entrance to ocean/ breakfast was tasty & great variety of options to choose from

there was a power outage for more than a hour/ room had a few ants-management was notified but nothing was done on my behalf for compensation even though a video was shown to staff of the ants
