They got bedbugs and they don’t refund your money

Disappointed. I know this obviously is not a double tree, but they lacked in the bare necessities for a decent nights stay. Upon arrival the sheets on the bed were stained in multiple places, the floors were not clean(sand was on the floor and we didn’t even go to the beach yet.) The towels were stained/ we did not have a full set of towels upon Check in. We requested more towels at the desk and was told they do not have anymore towels.. eventually Housekeeping came to our room to replace the towels and change the bedding. The results were the same- very stained / misc hand towels? There was construction happening , there was scrap pieces of wood materials on the lobby’s pool entrance(honestly didn’t even look safe to walk on/ over). Only one elevator worked and it was chaos. One ice machine located on the 3rd floor, on the other wing of the hotel (we were on the west wing/3rd floor, and had to take 2 different elevators just to get ice.) The shower was dirty/ had hair left in places. The toilet seat would slip if sat on.(BRIEFLY) I didn’t pay too much attention before hand, but parking IS NOT INCLUDED $10/per night AND is across the street. The deck was dirty and smelled like urine. The outside of the pool looked super dirty, needless to say, no one got into the pool while we were there. The showers by the pool direct “not to wash sand off ” of course there was sand in there, because the shower for beach sand did not work. (Luckily carried a bottle of water). I didn’t dare touch the furniture as it’s sooo stained and gross. Over all, it was rough. We only stayed for 2 nights and it was pretty bad. I honestly feel like the Days Inn across the street would have been better! Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.

We were visiting the beach for the first time with my family that booked it and it was horrible the first impression we got from the hotel. Construction everywhere they should have let her know weather to book or not.

I didn’t like how we weren’t told before booking that the property is under construction there is dust everywhere the pool was closed the elevators weren’t properly working . It smelled like paint in the hallway and Lysol from cleaning the floors I think in general chemicals aren’t good for my kids to smell and we should be aware that way we decide weather to book or not

The toilet seat was missing. Then when he came and put one on it was half way attached. Hallways were disgusting. Only had one rag. Not really what I was expecting on the ocean front.

Facility Was under construction, the morning front Desk was very rude, couldn't answer a simple question just by being on her phone

the breakfast room was nice and welcoming

this place should be closed during renovations. It is very dirty throughout, with overturned furniture all over, dirty elevator, etc.
