Room service every day was very appreciated. Hallways were well-lit and clean. the room was nicely furnished, although the light bulb in a floor lamp (Rm. 202) was missing. Also handicap parking was always available, even at times of high use - like Friday & Saturday evenings.
The outside was trashy. A lot of cigarette butts everywhere, and exterior maintenance seems to be a low priority. Also, the sitting area in the lobby was cordoned off most days, with no explanation. And without explanation, our room keys were de-commissioned a day early.

I like the location the large parking lot for larger cars and trucks close to NYC I like the price very reasonable

not good hotel at all, please don’t book this hotel
the reception was rude that we left and did not stay, he told that my 5 year daughter can not stay with me in my room. the room was booked but too many rules and policy but behavior of the reception was not acceptable at all.
we left the hotel at 11 pm with my kids and went to another hotel

Location was good, outside esthetics were nice.
Room was dirty, sheets were everywhere and garbage was around the room. Called front desk, they gave a different room, did not apologize when they gave the new key. Second room was a non smoking room and smelled horribly like smoke. Not a good visit.

What breakfast? Location was the only thing convenient
Service, front desk girl was on a personal call that did not seem important, she was moody and will make face mad gestures every time I would as something. Place was not even busy.

Yellow tape in lobby either repairs or from a crime scene. Not a great first impression. Hot corridors.
Dirty room with mold. Our other friends in another room had strong cigarette smell coming into their room and uncooperative management.
No breakfast. No one at front desk at checkout.

Rooms looked very dirty, tub not to clean ,carpet felt wet and dirty parking was a issue due to fact they have an event and left me without a parking spot will never reserved and I wouldn't recommended to any anybody I think the money I paid foit didn't worth it
