They turned my water off for an hour and didn’t tell anyone. The bed was also as hard as a rock

the strong smell of marijuana in the room i think Snoop dogg stayed here last night ! book for 4 only got 3 towels and refused to gove us another towel!?

I only liked the fact it had a pool but the walls of the pool were covered in mold so that made it awful.
The rooms were disgusting. I used all of my own towels and theirs to clean the nastiness all over the room. the back of the bathroom door was covered in black prints and hair. the floors had like a tar substance all over the place. nasty. they need to learn how to clean.

for a king size bed, they only give 3 pillows. other than that, everything is great ;)

The fact that they allowed dogs. We also had a full size fridge.
The mattresses were hard, the floor was sticky and we had to mop it ourselves, also there was dirty hand prints on the walls and the toilet paper roll holder kept detaching from the wall, the coffee pot also didn't work right. But for a couple of nights with our dog, it was okay.
