Staff, the location on the walking trail, walkability to everything

Location is exactly what I needed and expected. The building and the room were clean and taken care of. The staff were friendly.
(1) When entering from NE 70 st at night for the first time in your life, SLOW DOWN, then slow down MORE, and be extra careful. There is a surprise concrete barrier about 20 cm tall. No signs, no warnings, no fences. Judging by the notches in it, I am not the first guest who was ambushed by it. (2) Fan / AC / heater, which - to be fair - is a problem in all motels: it you turn it off, there there is no air. If you turn it on, then you have draft and noise. (3) You hear everything.

They have everything I need. None of the frills that folks seldom need or use. Sustainable sourcing and methods. Next door to Marymoor transit hub.
The drapes are getting tired, and the bath could use a fresh door and fixtures, but everything works.

Location was the reason for our stay, since we were visiting family without a car. The closeness to LRT is fantastic. And to the walking trail and as it turned out to an Urgent Care clinic I needed.
The runaround I got about leaving early (because I was diagnosed as having an infectious medical condition).
