The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Front desk could not find our reservation in spite of being shown the confirmation received from the hotel. Process took getting on the phone to sort the issue, checking took about 40 minutes in spite of us being the only ones there at the time. Front desk indicated breakfast was served until 10am, we went down at 9:40am and breakfast was done at 9:30am.

Breakfast was poor. But did not expect much anyway

Continental Breakfast was surprisingly good. Room was clean with a lot of space for 2 people.

Dead bolt lock on the entrance door didn't lock, out of alignment. The bathroom door lock didn't lock due to it being out of alignment.

Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, and coffee delicious. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Facility was in good, clean shape.

A couple of small things: Info about surrounding restaurants (I ended up using Uber eats but saw later that there was a Walgreens or something within walking distance - I didn't have a car/I used Uber). The hot water in the shower was non-existent. Luke warm at best. Bed was comfy and place was clean, but there was an overpowering smell of febreze or something. Overall good.

The room was nice, the air conditioning had an issue but they fixed it. The location was good for what we needed. We used the grill by the pool for dinner It was a nice accommodation..

The breakfast was ok. It wasn't the Greatest. They kept running out of plates and bowls and the lady in the kitchen was not the friendliest. The other hotel staff were great.

Loved the entire facility, hot tub, pool, room, breakfast, staff. Was really nice.

Lots. ($$ too much for value for a single, non-business traveler who did not need a suite. But that is on me - I asked my niece for a rec re: lodgings near family and she is still working. More generally: (2) outdoor swimming pool has very restrictive hours. Like 8:30 am/later - not sure - I finally got to enter the outdoor pool area at 9 am the day I departed. Pool also locked down by the time I returned (but, in January, the dark had fallen by 7 pm). Point is: it was LIGHT outside by 7 am, 8 am and I still could not get access to the pool. VERY disappointing for me, who was dealing with family and dementia issues and wanted some release. (3) drab aesthetics. (4). Super slow internet for those of us who chose not to pony up an additional per/day fee for better access. I can’t speak for the 9 - 6 pm internet speed access but at 7 a.m. or 7 p.m. … I would put in an internet ask and then go do a chore, come back and maybe have the page loaded. Often not. AARGH. But, in all honesty, I was never at the hotel during the actual “day.” Just the early mornings to late morning (9 am) and the mid-late evenings (like 7 pm)

We were in an accessible room, and it had a large refrigerator and some parts of a kitchenette.

Property is a bit dated. Kitchenette lacked any oven, and floor had some odd soft spots. Guy next door was very loud, but not at bedtime.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave and dishes with a couple pots & pans. Discount for relatives visiting patients at Sarasota Memorial

Would have liked comfortable chair for my 7 night stay while spending days with hospitalized patient.

The property was centrally located to many attractions and main highways. It was clean and the staff was very helpful

the place was clean,hot water all the time, everything working well, the workers very attentive from the housekeeping to the front desk, all the staff, the pool was always being maintained and cleaned, the breakfast fresh, every day different options of meat..You have the publix across the street and the mcdonals, on the corner a walgreens a few miles walmart and target very central ,there were stores around you ,the beach is 20 min away, parks nearby, I recommend it for families with small children

Breakfast ok and location was good.

First of all after we checked in and went out for a couple of hours and came back we were locked out of our room. Your front desk person gave our room to another couple with the same last name. So these people were in our room with our personal belongings, and then they told the front desk who immediately disabled our room keys. After we got back and the problem was we had to wait for an hour to get in as the maintenance man had disabled the door lock and your staff couldn't locate him to fix the problem. Also after we got in to our room which faced the pool area there were a couple families that had checked in and had taken over the pool and the barbeque area. But the problem was that they had additional families that live in the area (that were not guests)and they came into pool and eating area and took it over with loud music and screaming kids. I believe your staff knew these people and let it go on. We requested that they give us another room away from the noise and they did and guess what the AC wasn't working properly. I can't believe that a Hilton owned property would let this go on. Horrible experience.

The breakfast is very Good. Pool was open up to 10pm. Air Condition was very GOOD. Good kitchen

Toilet look old and there were like a construction material surrounding the toilet and a litter hold on the wall. The room is next to a out side light that gave you a lot of light when you are sleep-in mean that the room is not dark because the out side light and the curtain is not enough. The bed sheet are very thin and do not fix the mattress. The bed cover is very small two people can not hardly used. The sheet was very wrinkled look that was not been change. but it can be because they are old. Also not Wi-Fi and we could not make phone calls using our phones we have to connect to a hotel Wi-Fi in order to use our phone and even do we connected the phones do not work good. It is good but not for $859.00 per 3 nights
