Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Autobahn hin. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon ist alles andere als dicht und bietet so überhaupt keinen Lärmschutz. Die Autos sind laut hörbar und störend. Also wenn dann ein Zimmer zur Backside wünschen.

Property much nicer than I expected for a Best Western and front desk staff was super friendly and helpful and attentive which is more than I can say for Sheraton.

Too pricey for a roadside hotel. 

It met all our needs, was clean, convenient with a good restaurant for dinner meal next door.

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Used booking.com to reserve room without prepaying - a plus.

Too far from Petaluma, our primary daily destination. Also, price was high compared to newer properties in Petaluma.

Hola: service oriented employees (breakfast/housekeeping/bell man) were all great! One front desk employee was the worst and a second front desk person was the second worst employee. Judy, evening front desk was great!!!! The lighting in my room was great, from sliding glass door/glass wall, standing lamp, bedside sconces, desk lamp, and lamps in the foyer and bathroom, too.

Hola: the tall blonde front desk employee on duty June 3. The short blonde front desk agent on duty when I checked out on June 4. Both were rude, interrupted me when I was speaking, lack CSR skills.
