It was easy to find, parking was convenient. Staff was polite. No long wait the check in since I prepaid. My husband said the bed was comfortable, I prefer a firm bed. But he has a bad back so I give it a pass.
No fault of the anyone, but we went when there was a bike rally. Noise level was a bit high. The room had a strong oder of freshener when walked in. It eventually mellowed out. The bathroom paint was peeling, corners in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Doors inside and out also to be wiped down.

I tried calling over 20 times to get in touch with someone at the manager at the office. It was always busy when I went in and told it was busy so now there's nothing wrong with my phone. I called and then showed him. It was busy they had a problem with their phone system that they didn't fix. I was charged for an extra night. I shouldn't have been because I tried to call them over and over and over and cancel.
Not being able to get a hold of them or communicate with them also it was a $50 room that they were charging $180 a night because of a motorcycle event that was in town
