Very good overall. Was disappointed there was no breakfast after I was told there was according to that website there was coffee in the lobby but that was it.

I liked the location. It's a short walk to the Nugget Casino. It's a good sized room.
They need new pillows. They are like little lumpy marshmellows compared to everywhere else.
If they are really going to go so far as to provide a washer and dryer their equipment is in need of an upgrade.

got into room tv didnt work. Front desk guy to room. As he arrived a bug jumped off the bed. Told him we are not staying. He said it must have come from outside. I told him we are not staying. Got refund.

Friendly check in process, my "non smoking room" smelled of smoke, and an exchange was done with no issue. The management was efficient and friendly, better than most, actually.
No breakfast, but an excellent restaurant was a 3 minute walk around the corner.
