Location, cleanliness, love having a kitchen it’s just my favorite place on the beach!

Loved everything!

Professional and attentive hospitality, comfortable facilities, a full range of nearby amenities, and ample, secure parking. What deserves the most praise, however, is the setting—Newport’s one-of-a-kind scenery.

I loved the location, and the room itself was charming and unique.

There was nothing I actually disliked about the property.

The remodeled condominium is beautiful and the location is excellent. The underground parking is also easily accessed and a real bonus. We also loved the fireplace and the view.

The bedroom shades are inadequate and the single panel drapes on the two windows of the bedroom are terrible. Because of this, you simply cannot darken the bedroom at night. It is like trying to sleep in broad daylight. This would be an easy thing to fix, but the owners of this particular unit don't seem to care. Furthermore, although the kitchen is beautiful with great appliances, the flatware, dishes, and in particular the pots and pans and cooking utensils are terrible. If I owned this condominium, I would donate everything to Goodwill and purchase a new set of pots and pans, cooking utensils and dishware so that those who like to cook some meals during there stay can do so. It would also pay off in the long run since the guests wouldn't have to run the dishwasher after nearly every meal because of a shortage of dishes.
