The hotel was a good experience. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were nice. The location and the shuttle to the amphitheater was great.
The “free” $25 dining credit was non existent. The only place we could have gotten it from was not ever open for us to get it. Being 24 hours all places should be open and some of the staff on the floor couldn’t answer our questions. And some of the floor and machines were dirty

Being close to the concert
Having to pay for a shuttle even though we paid to stay at the hotel. Typically the shuttles are free to guest. We live in St.Louis & only booked as to not be drinking and driving , but could’ve stayed somewhere cheaper also close by and just paid the parking fee.
Wife said the lighting is bad in the bathroom for doing makeup ….too dark

The location was close to St. Louis music park and we could walk to the concert. The front desk staff was always super nice and accommodating
The rooms weren’t clean. Dust everywhere, streak marks, stains on parts of the bed. I had a very rude encounter at the cafe where the worker gave me attitude after I asked if my chai was “dirty” she said “you didn’t order that” in a very rude tone. To which I said “actually I did” because know I did. Then she said she could put a shot of espresso in it in a rude tone and put it in there for me but didn’t apologize or anything.
