The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. The Breakfast staff, Tae Sun, was amazing! she was very helpful in helping me find all the items I wanted and helped me arrange my food for easy transport to my room. She is great!

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

Property is extremely old and dirty, like 1970’s. Creepy men hanging around and staring at us. The elevator was scary to be in, bouncing around. The room was tiny for the price and our shower drain didn’t work. Water pooled and then drain had to be held up after shower in order to get all water to drain out. Overall, did not have a good feeling at this property. Would not ever book here again.

Room was fairly clean & we liked the location.

In one of the bedroom walls there was a small door --had a key hole but was not locked and it opened into some of the plumbing that were inside the wall--- a small child could possibly fall into it--definitely a safety issue. There were a few (3-5) adult males loitering in the hallway some sitting on the floor on their phones & also playing their music pretty loud until asked to turn it down, Also a few of them were loitering outside in the parking area as well.

The peopke living in the hotel. Had I known that I would not have booked. We have stayed here in years past and it was always a good experience. This was not good.
