Room was booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Room was over looking a filthy rooftop which housed the air conditioning (noisy) units. Probably the worst room in the place. Inexcusable

Great staff. Breakfast is just okay but cinvenient. Close to everything you want.

Room could use some updatjng for the orice. Has not changed from out first stay years ago Traffic is loud on the roadside rooms.

The breakfast wait staff were overwhelmed- there were open tables, but still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated because she had no time to clean the tables off. They were out of most food items. Our room smelled- we called maintenance- they agreed, but could not move us since the hotel was full. All of this and the price was tripled for this date, so we paid $400 for an underwhelming experience. I would not stay here again.

The pool was so cold. The restaurant food isn't very good, and the breakfast is 'extra' cost for the cold buffet. More for eggs and meat and even more for a make it yourself waffle.

When booking online it said breakfast was Included in the booking price. Upon going dow to a continental breakfast I was told it was $10, okay no problem. Then then my pool key was not working told the front desk, he just stood there like what was he supposed to do. He did something to it and sent us on our way. Guess what it still did not work. For the price I paid I was not satisfied, the shower was gross, was put on the second floor next to some air blower, the floor smelt like leaking gas.

Convenient location when we visit family in Eugene, Oregon. Love the amenities. Breakfast was very delicious and enjoy having the option of not having to leave hotel room. Clean and comfy room.

Location was great for my intended purpose. It was easy to get an Uber to and from my concert venue. My son loved using the tub in the room.

Not very clean. Pink mildew around tub in room. Bathroom had black mold on walls, ceiling and door frame. Layer of dust on air intake in bathroom probably doesn’t give great ventilation. The shower head is not adjustable and to get hot water it needs to be on all the way. The water pressure is high, but that’s your only option and you can’t adjust for height either. The walls are thin and our room was attached to our neighbors by a door. I wish I would’ve known this ahead of time when booking the room. My second morning there I was woken up by my neighbor having sex. Luckily my son slept through that. For privacy and safety reasons I probably would not have made this choice if I knew beforehand. Riding in an elevator alone with a man who is visibly intoxicated, while having a hard time holding his beer while he makes his way to his room… not something I was expecting.

A lot of rooms, except we keep getting put in the same exact room that doesn’t have a working jacuzzi tub.

This is the second time we stayed at this property, we thought we would give it another try since we had a bad experience about a year ago & we were assigned to the same exact jacuzzi tub room where the jacuzzi tub leaks water constantly from the drain, wasting my epsom salts. This was not the worst of it, we had a housekeeper barge into our room at about 8am waking all of us up after we had a long flight & journey through two airports & finally a late check in to the hotel with our 16 month old, we were exhausted & then had a rude awakening by housekeeping who should’ve known a family was staying in the room. One more thing I noticed while we were there, the mattress was really uncomfortable, way too firm. I’m just so irritated with this Hilton Garden, the price is very expensive, they don’t include breakfast, the staff is rude & their soaking tubs don’t work.
