Staff was friendly and accommodating. Perfect location for our needs. Parking great for truck and trailer. Clean.

motel could use some updates, wiring in room had no USB receptacles. only working ice machine is located on 2nd floor and our room was on 3rd. (would have thought this was a temporary problem except we stayed at this motel a year ago and they had the same "temporary" problem.

Convenient off the freeway. Clean facility. Nice food served except coffee cold in the early morning.

There was a snow storm over night and when we were ready to leave in the morning, no one had ordered the parking lot to be plowed, so not many people could get out or got stuck. Also, hadn't put salt down, so entrance/exits were extremely slippery. After asking multiple times, someone finally called to have it plowed. Very inconvenient. I even did some of my own shoveling. Also, came down to eat a little after 6:00 am and poured coffee. The coffee ended up being cold from the night before.
