Good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable!

The hotel has seen better days, it looks oldish, but it's clean anyway.

Breakfast although yall cld have a better or bigger selection of it.

Needs more updated showers

One member of the staff that has Indian roots was very helpful and very supportive... He has great communication skills. Other members they do not even say hi.

The breakfast is almost always empty before like 1 hour and a half from closing. It was very annoying because I almost had nothing but coffee.

The photos posted on booking.com are not accurate and very deceiving. The property was rundown and had a smell in the lobby. Our room door wouldn’t close all the way because the door frame was broken. When I mentioned it, they seemed to not really care. They didn’t clean the room everyday, it was every other day.

I didn't eat breakfast, I didn't like anything about my stay, this was my worse experience of my life with staying at a hotel, I encountered bed bugs bites all over my body that night and I saw roaches in the bathroom and on the counter crawling around, the morning shift receptionist was very rude and unprofessional with me over the phone, I explained to her that I had a family emergency I was trying to take care of and that I needed a late check out extended to 12/1, she continue to say she could do 30 minutes at the most, than she said she could do only 45 minutes at the most, as I repeated asking for more time so my kids wouldn't be put out of the room and out on the street, she kept making noise like she was tired of talking to me, so I asked to speak to her Manager or someone higher than her, she kept saying no one else was higher than her to speak to, than she hung up the phone.

The bathroom door locked from the outside and the staff could not fix it. We were given another room. The lights did not work, and I had to change a bulb. The staff fixed it the next day.
