Amazing stay for a family vacation. Well kept amenities, great location near the beach

It’s unfortunate the gym is only for 18 years old and above, my teenager kids were disappointed

The only good thing was the ocean view. My unit was dirty. The front office staff was rude and it was a challenge to get the problem fixed. However the house keeping manager and crew handled my issue the best they could and was very nice. I was not pleased with the unit at all. The front desk as well as house keeping indicated some stuff is the unit owners and it was very messy and some stuff was broken and just not worth the price I paid for the room which was almost $3,000 dollars for three nights. I really wanted to like the stay and the hotel but it just didn’t turn out like I hoped.

Overall it’s a plus that’s why I’ve visited more than once

The only problem I had was checking in. The First Lady’s attitude wasnt pleasant. When I thought I had an issue finding my document she just walked away and she didn’t try to see if there was anything that should could do. The lady that actually checked me in was amazing she even remembered me from past visits and so did another young lady.

Location is great! Our choice of two bed appt is great too with ocean view.

Room furnitures are old. Sofa/couch are dirty looking. We covered towels to sit on. The curtains are very dusty, never seemed being cleaned. Almost no on-site eating options (only fast food).

It was clean, the bed's were not bad, the pools were nice. The bars were awesome

The smoke detectors go off very easily There was one episode at the pool where o e employee was arguing with another in front of everyone
