bathroom floor not clean. pets that barked at me as I walked down the hall (2) so I had to move rooms. cart hard to manage.

I had an interruption to my stay and they went BEYOND my expectations so very pleased!!

all was excellent

The location was perfect for us and breakfast had a lot of options! The beds were comfy and the pool and hot tub were great temperatures. The staff was super friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had and help with requests.

We found some old food in our room that was missed from clean up but other than that our stay was great.

the breakfast was a total joke! located by the front door it was cold and the food was all cold to! no microwave to warm the food up!

We were here 5 nights. We called front desk ( as we were told) before 11am for room cleaning. We were here on business -14 hour event days, we got back just before 10pm to a dirty room. Breakfast was the same all 5 mornings, mediocre at best. No coffee, even in breakfast area two mornings. Had to ask front desk for pods as our room wasn't cleaned. When it was cleaned, we did not have our soap, shampoo or coffee pods replaced. Worst hotel experience but on the bright side ( as BW plus members) the beds were wonderful and comfy with great pillows!
