It was in a very nice walkable area close to the mission and the Main Street
The rooms were a little damp and the building is older but it was still a comfortable stay.

The room we had was fab - it was dual aspect overlooking the park and on the 2nd floor. The staff were very friendly though it would of been nice to have a map available - we were told to go to the tourist office but it was closed. The breakfast was basic but plentiful with choice and this was a bonus for us as this was the first and only hotel on our travels that provided breakfast. The location was good for both downtown and oceanside
The only disapointment for us was the jacuzzi as we went in around 7pm and the 'bubbles' were not on and there was no information as to how to work the pool and as it was quite late we were wet and didn't go into reception to ask
