The property is one of the most charming places we have seen in North Conway. It has many fun options and is really cozy

The staff were terrific and informative about hiking in the area. Breakfast was well done, with variety and accommodating food limits. This is a classic B&B. The room was small and old, but quiet and nicely updated, and the bed was very comfortable. Terrific lounging areas, firepit, pool, hikes from the B&B. They even have a piano and guitar in the reception area. I played them - nice:)

The location was perfect
The description online definitely did not accurately portray the accommodations. There was a terrible smell, to the point that my six-year-old repeatedly asked if he could just sleep in the car. The walls were incredibly thin so we could hear the conversations of the other guests and loud banging all night, the shades didn’t go all the way down so there was light coming through all of the windows, it was incredibly hot in the room but none of the windows opened, so it was very stuffy and stale.
