It’s location by the marina. I also liked the room. It was very comfortable and clean.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Breakfast was spartan, pool closure unacceptable

The pool was great, the breakfast was nice and the pancake machine was a great option.

The hotel is under refurbishment in the breakfast hall, so some of the areas were off-limits. There was little noise which was good but there were a few smells.

For the price, the room was as expected, it's not a 5* but your not paying for 5* prices. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. As a base for the area it was more than suitable.

Breakfast wasn't the best, had it the first day but then went to a local diner for the other days.

I wanted the air conditioning to work well.

Everything was fantastic! We will be back. Carmen even gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday

Only complaint is the pillows sucked! We will bring our own next time 😉

Front desk staff was amazing & the rooms were remodeled from the last time we came which was awesome

Customer service from the staff in the morning that provided breakfast was horrible. When I can in with family there was a big line we had to wait for, once we got to the front I feed the kids first & was waiting for them to add more eggs, when I asked the lady about the eggs she said they we’re closing and they were already telling us to hurry and leave. I was left with no breakfast & the whole time I was there making my coffee, you can feel that the workers were annoyed by us & just wanted us to hurry up and leave. I didn’t even finish getting the kids juice or anything. It was a horrible experience. I understand that it was probably a few minutes before they were closing but it should of been done in another way, not making your guest feel like they are being thrown out before being able to get breakfast. They literally saw how much me & my family had to wait for other families to take their time & get their breakfast & did not care.

Clean, Friendly staff, Nice grounds, Marina view, Ice machines, Tiki Bar, and restaurant on site. Good food and drinks.

A/C was a little noisy but that is because we are not used to that type of a unit. Bathrooms could use an overhaul but they were clean

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT

When we checked in for our reserved room on the second floor, with a balcony, the handle on the door was so loose, we were afraid it would fall off. The view from this room was a large construction site which would be very noisy and very ugly. We had to go down to the front desk and get a different room on the first floor. The receptionist gave us a map for where our room was. She gave us the wrong room number, so when we tried the card key, it didn't work. So, we had to go to the front desk again to get the correct room number for the card key we had. This room also had a sliding door for the balcony which didn't work, so we couldn't use it and had to get to the balcony by leaving our room and walking to the back so we could sit on the balcony. Extremely annoying because we arrived at 8PM and didn't actually have the correct set up by 9PM. Very inept. We should have received a partial credit for all of our inconvenience, but none was offered.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially the breakfast staff and reception. Everything was in good order with supplies topped up daily. Good and up to scratch hotel with good staff service. Rooms on the road side must be well sound insulated as the road was not a noise problem at all.

Breakfast room was undergoing refurbishment so much of it not usable - but no issue as not busy. Bar was very rowdy and loud the first night. No elevator so have to lug your bags up to the 1st floor. Not a problem for us but could be if you're not capable.
