Bay View Resort Myrtle Beach

room, pool. access to boardwalk

limited amenities within the resort

Resort was within walking distance to the Boardwalk. Loved the lazy River.

Condo could have been cleaner but we managed

I liked that it was just a few blocks from the center of all the attractions.

I was disappointed on the size and cleanliness of the outdoor pool. Very narrow and long. It didn't seem as though they enforced the no smoking policy, late noise restrictions or the children being attended by adults. The carts were left on the floors or taken to rooms so that was difficult to get. The 4 elevators were so congested it often took 5-10 minutes to get in one. The room was dirty with spilled sticky stuff on floor and cheerios and chips on balcony. The utility closet in the bathroom had dust covering the door. Parking is across the street behind another building in garage.
