Parking was not on site

Location.

Hotel had no Hot water to shower with that night and to keep checking. Drove far to mot have a shower at the beach. Had to report Refrigerator was leaking. maintenance could not stop the leak. He used towels to hold leak until could be fixed. Toilet nited leaking as well. Front desk stated a plumbing problem all night and would return portion of money to booking and booking would compensate me. No shower could have been better!! Thanks again.

Water was cold... We had to take cold showers the entire stay!!!

Beds were decent.

Staff was incredibly unfriendly except for Thomas. Check out the pictures of my "oceanview".

I enjoyed the ocean view from my room. the bed was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Lights on nightstand didn't work.

I loved my room it was like a one bedroom apartment.and ocean front location was everything

Air-condition could be better .the bedroom was hot .it made us very miserable. I notified front desk some one did come but it didn't do any good.we were notified we share the unit with other guest we could set it and the other unit could to. Anyway other than that it was nice

We booked a sunset view queen bed suite for 2 nights, February 15th-17th. The room was very spacious and smelled clean. It had a living room area, kitchen, and even a stackable washer/dryer!!! I felt like I was in an apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. The sunset view from the balcony was stunning.

The only con I have about this hotel is the extremely strong chlorine smell at the pool. You can smell it before you even enter the pool area. It flared up my asthma, so I couldn't go anywhere near there. My husband had to go alone when he went to the pool.

the room that we had were extremely small , the indoor pool area wasn’t all that & no restaurant nor bar was inside the hotel very disappointing, had to walk a mile to get to the car that was inside of the garage

I hate the loading and unloading area. Some of the people are very inconsiderate because they park and leave their vehicles. That leaves the 11am check out to be a complete mess!

Location

Could not adjust the room temperature. Was cold the first night and too hot the second. The condo next door controlled the room temp. Also the drain in the bathtub was slow, but was fixed by maintenance staff. The room 1604B was too small. Normally, I get the condo room and my spouse was not pleased. Even though this was ocean front, I would have gladly taken the sunset/street side condo. But of course they had none available. This needs to be clearly identified on the website.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that you couldn’t smoke on the balcony
