need staff and cleaning better, I found hairs spread in the bathroom floor. we need more towels and no have it.

We liked everything in the hotel, the room, breakfast, tea/coffee available in the lobby, friendly staff. I really loved sitting in the “sofa” by the window in our room, enjoying a cup of tea while looking out of the window and watching people come and go. Last but not least, it was for an affordable price.

The hot tub boarded up with no water. Parking was inconvenient. Breakfast was horrible. No milk several breakfasts for cereal. We were there 5 days cleaning crew didn't come in the room not once to even grab dirty towels or replace with clean.

The parking was great and most of the staff was great.

The beds were horrible, the tile in the bathroom was broken and one of the rooms smelt like dog pee. The pool was not the best

The rooms are clean and put together well. The beds are very comfortable as well. The staff here are fantastic and treat the customer with genuine kindness.

The website stated that cribs were available. This is not true. I requested a crib and was told they no longer have them. We also received no housekeeping while here and needed to bring our towels downstairs to get new ones. We turned in 3 towels and received two. I needed to bring out our trash as well, and I ended up bringing towels from home.

Night auditor is one the best around. Good hearted man with a true dedication to his guest. He should be applauded

Very happy with the Microtel in Rapid City. Have stayed several times, and would do so again.

Room was dirty, chips in the bed, so much hair in the bathtub drain it wouldn’t drain, tv didn’t work. Would NOT recommend staying there!!
