A nice clean room with comfortable beds, a mini-fridge and good air conditioning.
There were a whole strip of restaurants, fast food outlets and a convenience store straight across the road.
Nothing.

1 mile from downtown (short uber, long walk). Didn't really have anything negative to say about the room except...
there was basically no water pressure in the sink (pic attached). Shower was fine though. Paid 187.92 after taxes and fees. 2nd most expensive hotel on our 33 night road trip of the US, for by-far one of the least impressive rooms we've stayed in. Maybe due to it being Friday of Memorial Day weekend? And we got dripped on a little here and there from what i hope was a clean roof/gutter right outside our door.

We chose North Bay Inn because it is near our event. Price is fair for Santa Rosa. Meets our needs for one night stay. All of the basics were covered with no extras. AC worked, bathroom and room are clean, comfortable bed. Fridge works but the freezer has no door on it. Shower is good. Soap, shampoo and body lotion are in dispensers so no individual soaps or containers of soap and shampoo.
Towels are thin. Only one chair to sit in instead of 2.
