The property was not as cleaned as it has been during my previous stays at this location.

friendly staff, options for snacks, free movies, kitchenette.

cleaning was sub-par especially for a Hilton and for a $200+ room a night in Daphne, AL.

The breakfast was adequate but very minimal. A waffle station and cereal with fruit and bagels as well as sausage and omelets were provided They only clean the rooms and replenish towels once every 4 days

Housekeeping could be better and more frequent

There was a lot of dog hair on the couch cushions and dirt under them when I was pulling out the mattress.

I already complained to the manager in charge at the hotel because we spent the most worst night at this hotel After traveling for 14 which is queen suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa as we are a family of 5 people. What a big surprise for us at check in that the only available room is a room with 1 king bed and a sofa. And I have to accept or other option to cancel the reservation and I need to search in the hotels around for a room for a family of 2 adults and 3 children after driving for 14 hours and it was already 9:30 PM!!! The receptionist didn’t even offer 2 rooms and when I asked him he refused, which makes some of us slept on the floor. Please I need a compensation for this unacceptable mistake!!!

Hotel was as expected. Good size bedrooms for family with kids, good location, good cleaning, good price for what it serves specially if you compare with the other options around the area.

There was no more "happy hour" everyday as used to have before Covid started. Now, they only serve some snacks on Wednesdays or Thursday if I am not mistaken.

I, originally, booked 2 rooms. I was contacted by the property and told they had been overbooked and they only had one room available for my party of 4. This was already the second hotel that had cancelled so I just opted for the one room.. Got to the property and we were told that they had upgraded our room to the 2 bedroom suite. So we ended getting what I originally reserved, which was a king room and a 2 queen room suite but for half the money. I am truly thankful to the property for looking out for us. This will definitely be my go to place from now on when we are.in town. The suite was nice and clean and it smelled amazingly good. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and room for everyone..Thank you all again for a truly amazing stay. Btw, the breakfast was delicious, as well.

Great. Lady in charge was an added bonus.
