This hotel is near freeway and old downtown of SLO. It has free hot drink in the morning. The room is ok for us to take rest on the road trip.

The bathroom needs to renovate, it is old.

Location to university

Was not worth the rate at all. Overpriced, outdated, room was worn down, minimal outlets, could be cleaner.

I didn't enjoy staying here. It needs an update and bathroom renovation The toilet seat was stained and mould like substance on bathroom window ledge If I had known it was like this i would not have stayed. The photos did not show how it truly was

The staff upgraded us to a room with a kitchen. We saved so much money cooking at home than going out to eat

The location was perfect, the staff were extremely friendly and kind. The price was very reasonable, and the accommodations were comfortable, up-to-date, and not worn. We got more than we thought we would. We will be staying here again!!

This was a bad experience. I have three kids at school in SLO and I have stayed at so many other hotels and this is the worst. We stayed for graduation OVERPRICED, we get it - its sold out, but you should NOT charge more than $100 for a room of this low quality. It was DARK in the bathroom, not ideal for grad. parties and festivities. The bed was well it felt like a very old mattress. The furniture could have been improved by going to IKEA, it was SO dated, old and dingy. I think that this hotel needs to invest in its guests, they could easily paint and throw up some wall art (there was NONE) and then charge what similar hotels charge...but this mediocre hotel needs to not prey on the parents of SLO students in need of rooms on busy weekends. MINOR changes would be respected, move on to the next hotel this one is NOT a go.
